I’m having serious bloggers block lately. I literally have been staring at a white screen for 10 minutes. So here’s a little meme I borrowed from Aron at Runners Rambles.

Outside my window … it’s kind of dreary and cloudy out this morning. Hopefully the sun will peek out later.

I am hearing … the hum of my refrigerator! Eric is sleeping, Webster is sleeping. It’s super quiet in our house this morning.

I am thinking … about work stuff, house stuff, wedding stuff, running stuff. I feel like my mind is going at a million miles a minute lately.

I am thankful … for this blog and the amazing people I have met through it and my wonderful family and friends.

I am reading … nothing right now, been too busy moving and haven’t made time to read BUT I did just pick up ‘Loving Frank’ from the library yesterday after reading Becky’s review on it.

I am hoping and praying … that our house is unpacked soon and that we get a full reimbursement for our reno’s through our mortgage.

I am wearing … grey slacks and a nicer, but still comfy, top. I’m heading to work soon.

I am creating … nothing really. I’m not feeling very creative lately.

From the kitchen … currently eating yummy oatmeal with apple butter, nut butter, raisins, almonds and an apple and drinking decaf coffee. Oh ya, no coffee April is still going strong (and I feel great by the way!)

Around the house … every room is unpacked and clean but the two extra rooms. We have just kind of been piling junk in them that needs to be sorted through. The downstairs room is almost done though and I’m hoping to finish it tonight!

Plans for the rest of the week … work, unpack, run a couple of times and a long run this weekend, go to yoga, maybe relax a little?!

A Picture to share … I just opened my “My Favourite Photos” folder on my desktop and found this one of Eric and I in Venice. I cannot believe it’s been almost a year since we went to Europe. I honestly think this has been the quickest year of my life. It literally flew by!

I <3 my blog friends so much. Last night I came home to a Paris Postcard from Lisa and Apple Butter from Mandy!  It was the best mail day EVER and completely brightened up my Monday!

Anyways, I was at the yoga studio until late last night so I’m going with a meme for today’s post. This one was kind of fun to do! Also, apparently another version of this meme went around in December 2008 – ABC’s of Me Version I. This was before ANYBODY read my blog. Ha!

Bed size: Full I am 95% positive we are getting a KING once we move into our new place, though. We were originally going to get a new queen frame + mattress but when we went bed shopping on Sunday we figured out we could get a King mattress + box frame for about the same price – and really, who needs a frame anyways? Not us! So I’m pretty sure we will take the plunge and get a King. I’m SO EXCITED!

Chore you dislike: Vacuuming. Probably because my mom used to make me do it over and over again when I was little until I did it properly. I have always detested vacuuming!

Dogs: Not yet! But we’re getting one soon. Probably this summer!

Vegetables you don’t like: I actually like most vegetables, though I’m not a huge fan of cabbage.

What makes you run late: Being online. I am always on time if I don’t turn my computer on in the morning. If I do then I get sucked into blogging, Twitter and Facebook!

Yummy food you make: I’m still pretty proud of the delicious risotto I made a couple of weeks ago!

I cannot get enough of this show. I go from hating every character on it to loving them and back to hating them (but especially Don!) I’ve never watched a show quite like it and even when I hate all the characters I still find myself obsessively watching it. I’m currently three episodes into the second season!

Two.

I have barely been tweeting, checking Facebook, I’ve been marking all as read in the google reader and I haven’t even caught up on my shows from this week. Life suddenly got really busy.

I am working five days per week for the next four months to cover for a co-worker on holidays plus working at the yoga studio plus freelancing. Why aren’t there more hours in a day?

We made an offer on a townhouse!

We made the offer on Tuesday, they counter-offered with a final offer yesterday, we looked at it one more time last night (for 45 minutes – really looked closely at all the details) and today we plan on accepting that counter-offer. We still have an inspection and a bunch of legal stuff to get through but if all goes well (knock on wood for us) we’ll be homeowners by January with a possession date of February

Obviously I will let you guys know how everything turns out!

I’m hoping that my week will suddenly have more hours (or at least feel less busy) next week. Then I’ll try to write some blog posts that don’t just consist of bullet points. I want to write a detailed blog post on the whole house hunting process for us but I think I’ll wait until the whole thing is done, don’t want to jinx it, ya know?
