Eric and I are both still reeling from the accident on Saturday. I think we appreciate each other a lot more now and we appreciate the simple things in life, like having a vehicle, a lot more.

We’ve taken two long walks to Walmart and back, and for those of you who don’t know we live on top of a GIANT hill so they were LONG walks. But we had a chance to talk about everything and figure out game plans depending on what happens when we talk to ICBC on Tuesday.

I just feel fortunate to have Eric here with me. This week is going to be a hellish, hectic one and we’re both looking forward to going home on Friday even more now.

As you can tell I was very unproductive today and chose to play around with my blog a bit. Do you like the new settings? I also changed the name, I discovered there were way to many blogs titled ‘Life as I know it’ out there. I won’t change the URL though since some people may have it bookmarked or whatever.

Anyways, I’m going to bed, I want to get up early tomorrow and start being productive.

PS: Eric is watching a documentary on TLC right now about prejudice against ‘fat’ people. It’s said that it is one of the last socially acceptable prejudice’s in North America. I totally do, I think that people often blame fat people saying it’s their own fault they are fat. Which, is true in some cases but in others it simply boils down to a matter of metabolism and genetics! What do you think? Do people discriminate against ‘fat’ people because it’s accepted by society?
