…stands for disappointing day. We got some bad news from ICBC, not something I feel like discussing right now because talking about it puts me in a real sour mood.
I was also disappointed at the movies tonight–Australia. I had high hopes for this movie but unfortunately it let me down. It was too long. I don’t mind long movies but this one was almost like two movies in one. There was a plot, action, climax, resolution and then it started all over again, you thought the movie was ending and then it led into a whole new plot, almost like ‘part two’. Even eye candy like Hugh Jackman wasn’t enough to keep me entertained.
We’re also having a lot of trouble figuring out school for Eric in Kamloops. There’s no work for him in Kamloops and there’s no work for him here in FSJ so we figure he might as well go to school since he can get sponsored. But then today we found out some more disappointing information about that. Sigh. To top it all off I didn’t go to the gym again today and I ate popcorn at the movies. Ugh.
On a side note, Webster loves my Louis Vuitton bag. Loves it. I set it down on the desk to write this blog and he pulls it off and proceeds to play in it and on it. Am I crazy for letting my four-month-old kitten play with my $1200 purse? Whatever, he makes me happy, I love that lil guy!
Oh, and the newspaper went great. I’ve definitely found my calling. Loved it. More on that tomorrow.
